Due to its rapid growth, the brand could not manage to keep its identity abreast of its functionality. Reason why the brand required a new character which was more uptodate, youthful and technological; aligned with its technologically innovative company position.

When a company finds itself stuck in a market at identity and communication levels, redefining can be risky. Nevertheless, this provides the company a great advantage over the competition when positioning at Top Of Mind. Neotecman is a synonym for quality and professionalism, and presently also a synonym for innovation and technology.
Through a benchmark and macro environmental analysis of the hot forging sector at international level, we discovered that the competition’s image was outdated and still based on that used in the nineties. This opened up a great opportunity that allowed for new styles and communications.
We developed a comprehensive image based on visual codes which were easy to understand using explanatory sketches and diagrams, describing the beneficial company aspects. We suggested a chromatic range found in the forging sector: bronze, copper and aluminium grey. We succeeded in upgrading the brand to its present modern technological image.
The testing phase carried out on existing and possible future clients was more than satisfactory. The understanding of the information and values was full. Today, these values are part of the essence of Neotecman and part of the new communication codes within the sector.
