Denim enters the beauty industry to become an icon

Denim Blossom is a makeup collection conceived as a distinct visual universe, where the texture of denim blends with delicate floral embroidery to create a fresh, feminine, and highly recognizable aesthetic. The project encompassed the conceptualization, creative direction, and full development of the line, including eyeshadow palettes, highlighters, and complementary products. From the outset, the goal was to create a distinctive identity within the beauty market, capable of connecting with a young female audience aged 14 and up, combining trends, emotional appeal, and collectibility. Over the course of more than a year, we worked on the strategic definition, creative exploration, and final execution of the project, applying our methodology: developing multiple highly creative concepts, selecting the most powerful direction, and bringing it to its fullest expression.

The result was a successful launch that quickly positioned itself as one of the brand’s best-selling products, establishing itself as a success story both commercially and in terms of brand building.

Packaging design

A material language that builds a brand. The packaging design is based on a central idea: transforming denim into an aspirational element within the world of cosmetics. To achieve this, we developed a visual system centered on textile textures and floral embroidery that bring warmth, detail, and a strong tactile and emotional component. Each piece was conceived as a desirable and collectible object. The contrast between the denim base—associated with everyday life—and the delicacy of the embroidery creates an aesthetic tension that elevates the product and sets it apart at the point of sale.
The use of soft tones, satin finishes, and pink accents adds femininity and aligns with the target audience, while the graphic consistency across the entire line reinforces the project’s identity.

Product development and system

The collection was designed as a cohesive and scalable system, where each product maintains the same visual language while adapting to its specific format: compact palettes, highlighters, lip balms, and serums.
Special attention was paid to brand hierarchy, legibility, and the integration of product names on the packaging, ensuring clear communication without sacrificing visual richness.
The result is a strong, recognizable, and highly distinctive line on the shelf, capable of making an impact in both physical and digital environments.
